Terms of service
These terms cover the Delta Messaging dashboard, the API, and each workspace you pay for.
The service
Delta Messaging lets you link a WhatsApp phone you control and send from that number. A workspace holds one phone. You can send from the dashboard or from https://api.deltamsg.live.
Your account
You create an account with an email and a password. You are responsible for that login, the API keys on your workspaces, and the messages sent with them. Creating an account means you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.
Price and payment
Each workspace is KES 400 a month, paid through Paystack by card or M-Pesa. A new workspace stays unpaid, and cannot send, until Paystack confirms the payment. A later month starts when that payment is confirmed.
A saved card renews the workspace on the renewal day unless you turn that off in account billing. M-Pesa is collected when you pay. We do not mark a workspace paid until Paystack reports a successful charge.
Acceptable use
You will:
- Link a WhatsApp number you are allowed to use.
- Send only to people you have a reason to message.
- Keep messages lawful.
- Follow WhatsApp’s rules for the linked phone.
Your content
Contacts, message text, and replies stay yours. You allow Delta Messaging to process them so the linked phone can send, so you can see delivery, and so your webhooks can receive events.
WhatsApp is a separate service. Delivery depends on the linked phone, its connection, and WhatsApp. A queued message is not a promise that WhatsApp will deliver it.
Rights we reserve
Delta Messaging keeps all rights in the service, the site, the API, and the Delta Messaging name. We may:
- Stop sending on a workspace that is unpaid or whose phone is not linked.
- Suspend a workspace or an account that breaks these terms or the law.
- Change the product, the price for a future month, and these terms. The page on this site is the current version.
- Refuse a payment that Paystack does not confirm.
Closing an account
You can close an account from the dashboard. Closing it removes the account and the workspaces you own, including their phones, keys, and webhooks.
